The quality system in BIEKAPA seeks, through a process-based approach, to increase customer satisfaction and generate value for internal and external partners of the company.

BIEKAPA is defined by the high quality of its products, manufactured in a modern and efficient production site and according to protocols designed to meet the most exhaustive quality standards.

BIEKAPA has a defined and clear quality policy. This policy is entirely focused towards the customer, being aware of their needs and searching for solutions that provide greater added value, whilst always respecting the regulations and the sustainability of the environment.

BIEKAPA has several certificates that certifies its compliance with current regulations for the wide range of products it manufactures and for the different markets in which it operates.

BIEKAPA has a Quality Management system certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Declaration of Benefits (DoP) and Marking C € → this is a mandatory certification and under European regulations (UNE EN 14195: 2005 Standard), which is an essential requirement for the commercialisation of profiles for drywall systems laminated in any country of the European Union.
“N” Certificate of AENOR → this is a voluntary certification that shows the implementation of rigorous quality controls as well as the achievement of measurable and controllable quality standards that guarantee the functionality of the product. Its destination is the national market and BIEKAPA has had this certificate since 2010.
Certificate “NF” of the CSTB → its destination is the French market, being a certification that controls the quality and performance of the product, guaranteeing its full functionality. The own brand NF attests to the compatibility of the profiles that present this certificate and BIEKAPA has had this marking since the year 2011.
The products manufactured by BIEKAPA are in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Building Code.
In addition to these product certificates, BIEKAPA has several tests in approved laboratories (Tecnalia – Notified Body No. 1239), where the insulation and fire resistance capacities of the profiles as well as the systems of which they are part of are also tested.
